How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You should receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as the payment is successful. Sometimes, however, something goes wrong. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, let us know and we'll take a look. All payments are of course logged, so rest assured that we'll find your payment in any case if it went through!
